Arrivals & Security

Wheny ou arrive at Birmingham Airparks just park in one of the marked bays and head to reception.  Once you hand over your booking details or confirmation print your car will be booked in and checked.  All damage to the vehicle, however minor, will be digitally photographed to put your mind at ease regarding the safety of your car.  Birmingham Airparks Services has been  awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been checked by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe parking enviroment for your car.

Transfers to/from Airport

Transfer buses run every 24 hours a day every 15 minutes.  The bus takes approximately 15 minutes to travel to the airport.  If you’re parking at Birmingham Airparks you should allow 40 minutes to check in your car and transfer to the airport.  During rush hour and when there is a major event on at the National Exhibition Centre additional time may be required.

On your return simply wait at the Airparks Services designated stop where you were dropped off for your return journey.

Alternatively you can make use of the Airpark Express service, arranged subject to availability when you check your car in.  With Airpark Express you don’t have to get a return transfer when you arrive back  at the airport. Instead, Airparks will bring your car to the terminal for your collection on your arrival.

Directions

Exit the M42 at Junction 6, and follow signs for A45 towards Birmingham. Go past the airport turning. 1 mile on, with the Holiday Inn Hotel on right, go straight over the traffic lights. 1.3 miles further turn right at overhead set of lights towards Garretts Green. Follow signs for “Off Site Parking (Airport) Site A”. At roundabout turn right, go straight on for approx. 0.5 miles, & turn left into Mackadown Lane. Entrance is 200yds on left, just past Motor Nation.
